This policy explains our rules regarding refunds and cancellations. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. No Refunds or Late Cancellations

Refunds: All services are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed and/or service is completed.

Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling at our discretion.

3. How to Cancel or Request Changes

4. Exceptions

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
By booking a service after updates, you accept the revised policy.
