These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Precision Auto Detailing provides mobile car detailing services in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
All services are performed at the customer’s chosen location unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to adjust, update, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations
a. Scheduling Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
b. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
c. Access to Vehicle
Customers must provide:
Safe access to the vehicle
Adequate space for us to work
Permission to be on the property (if not your own)
If access is restricted or unsafe, we may refuse service and/or charge a fee.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website or provided in quotes are subject to change at any time.
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
We accept standard payment methods (e.g., card payments, cash, or digital payments depending on availability).
Precision Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if payment is not completed.
5. Condition of Vehicle & Additional Charges
a. Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, tears, stains, or defects.
Before beginning work, we may document the condition of the vehicle.
b. Excessive Dirt / Pet Hair / Biohazards
Vehicles requiring additional labor—such as heavy stains, pet hair removal, mold, vomit, feces, blood, or other biohazards—may incur additional charges or be refused at our discretion.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service
Provide honest information about the vehicle’s condition
Ensure the service area is legally accessible
Notify us of relevant issues (leaks, electrical problems, previous repairs, etc.)
Precision Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to provide high-quality service.
If you are dissatisfied with your detailing, notify us within 24 hours so we can review the issue.
We may offer corrections at our discretion but do not guarantee refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Auto Detailing is not liable for:
Pre-existing vehicle damage
Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing
Damage caused by unsafe customer workspaces
Loss of personal items left inside the vehicle
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Attempt to harm, hack, or disrupt the site
Share false information or impersonate others
All content on our website—including images, logos, descriptions, and text—is owned by Precision Auto Detailing and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
